I love the pull-up bar and prefer sets of push ups to bench presses.  I doubt the fitness of anyone who cannot touch their toes and am in awe of park pull up clubs, adult gymnasts, yogis, and others.  Here’s a list of resources on body weight and flexibility training.  There are more blogs and websites about bodyweight work over on the jock roll.
