Race Autopsy 2005 New York City Marathon

I finished the New York City Marathon yesterday in something over five hours (I haven’t even looked at the chip times yet). It was not a pretty scene, but it got done.

I’ll write a longer post about this but for now, here’s two things I learned:

1. I can set an outlandish goal, and met it.
2. One shouldn’t skip out on long training runs.
