Training Totals for the Week Ending 5.31.09
RECAP – Definitely back in the swing of things this week with four solid four mile runs and one of the best long runs I have had since I got back into running. I have really only been at this running seriously thing again thing for a couple of month, but it was great to see it really pay off this week with what I think is (for me) a strong ten miler.
Now, if I could only hit thirty miles per week. This week I was dead on schedule for thirty miles, but then on Friday exhaustion and scheduling conspired to keep me from reaching it. This week, though, this week thirty miles is mine.
Unrelated to running, but something that will probably get more time here is that E and I went and got an intro course at one of the local area climbing gyms. I am really in love with indoor rock climbing right now and hope to find the time to do it regularly once this whole bar study thing is over.

5. Get sports watch fixed and begin accurately timing runs – DONE!
6. Baring injury, bike to classes and work twice – FAILED
