Great.

I am seriously starting to think I am doomed. As today has gone on, I have felt sicker and sicker and now am pretty sure I’m battling one in a long line of sinus infections. Great. I have a twelve miler run scheduled for tomorrow and that is going to suck.

    Taking a week off this early in a training cycle will not adversely affect your training. Take some time off and get better!

      Yeah, I know, but man I hate missing runs!

      Anyway, I am feeling well enough today to at least give this long run a try…

    how are you feeling today? hopefully it was just a temporary feeling and you will be able to get your 12 in today or tomorrow? if not, glenn is right, you’ll be OK to miss a few days to get healthy this early on.

      I am actually feeling better today, a little congested, but not nearly as awful as I felt last night. I just hate that every week something is stopping me from hitting that thirty mile mark. Oh well.

      Anyway, I feel well enough today to give 12 a try, I’m just going to take it slow and see how it goes.
