Just a quick note to say that my foot is feeling a hundred times better after the cortizone shot yesterday. It doesn’t hurt at all actually. The doctor told me to take another week off, but we’ll see. I am going to give it today and tomorrow definitely and then I might give a short run a try. I am itching to get back on the road!
