Weekly Training Totals

Another big fat goose egg of weekly training totals. But, BUT! today is the day I get back on the roads. My foot is feeling fine, and I listened to the doctor as directed. I plan on going out for an easy three miles tonight to get my feet wet and hopefully, things will go smoothly.

    Take it easy! I’ve read so many cases of people ending up back on their keester because they try to do too much too quickly.

      Thanks, Glen, I intend to take it easy on the road back to healthy. Last thing I want is to end up getting injured again!
