RECAP: Life is getting the better of me these days in many respects. I’m working a ton, studying a ton, and haven’t had much time for the internet. I have however been working out. While I got my workouts in this week, I wasn’t able to do them all in the morning. That’s alright, life goes on, at least I hit the one month mark of working out everyday!
This is over a week late, but here are the training totals for the week ending on January 31st.
