RECAP: Life is getting the better of me these days in many respects. I’m working a ton, studying a ton, and haven’t had much time for the internet. I have however been working out. While I got my workouts in this week, I wasn’t able to do them all in the morning. That’s alright, life goes on, at least I hit the one month mark of working out everyday!

This is over a week late, but here are the training totals for the week ending on January 31st.

Summary

Average Weight – 188.5 (I think, I haven’t weighed myself in a minute)

Monday – 100 push ups; 40 pull ups in 25:00

Tuesday – Ran 4 miles in 35:41

Wednesday – Swam .75 in 40:00

Thursday – Ran 4 in 35:48

Friday – Rowed 5,000 in 21:55

Saturday – Ran 5 in 45:22

Sunday – Rowed 10K in 46:22, 100 push ups in 10:00

Goals for Last Week:

1. Increase mileage to pathetic, but necessarily reasonable 13 miles – DONE

2. Wake up every morning and work out before work. – FAILED

3. Maintain total exercise at least four hours. – DONE

Goals for Next Week:

Not going to pretend to set goals for a week which already occurred.

    i hope your training is continuing to go well! nice job on the mileage and various workouts, keep it up, those miles are adding up already.

    it’s tough to get up before work… especially in the winter (even if you don’t have to go out into the cold, cruel outdoors)
