Comments:

  • Finally back at the running game and will slowly, slowly, be making my way back. (again).
  • After a number of strong weeks, Hebrew fell off this week due to some intense work hours.
  • Feeling good about making flexibility a priority.

Goals:

  • Hebrew for at least two hours
  • Run for roughly an hour and a half
  • At least five hours of exercise
