Comments:

  • Running went well, but everything else suffered at the hands of the all powerful god of work.  I’m billing like a beast right now, but need to recommit to morning work outs. If I get the exercise done first thing, that should leave time at night for personal study.
  • Put simply, I need to be working on the Hebrew everyday or I will lose it.  Restarting this week after a week off was a bit of a step back
  • .Second week in a row running, spend and distance is demoralizing, but it feels good to be on my feet.
  • New rule – no new goals until you accomplish the old ones.

Last Week’s Goals:

  • Hebrew for at least two hours – FAILED
  • Run for roughly an hour and a half – DONE
  • At least five hours of exercise – FAILED

This Week’s Goals:

  • Hebrew for at least two hours
  • At least five hours of exercise
  • Run for roughly two hours
