Comments:
- Feeling really good about my training right now, I think I’m definitely on the mend with my Achilles, and the running is getting easier and easier. Hebrew fail again, got to work on that.
- Cycling is going to play a bigger part in my training from here on out. Burns the calories, and improves the VO2 max without beating the shit out of my still healing Achilles.
- I leave for two weeks in Turkey and Greece on Friday, training will be nearly impossible. If I can get in three days a week of running and push ups in the hotel room, I’ll be happy.
Last Week’s Goals:
- Hebrew for at least two hours – FAIL
- Run three days a week for at least 4.5 miles – DONE
- At least eight hours of exercise, 4 of which must be cardio – DONE
This Week’s Goals:
- At least five hours of exercise, three of which must be cardio
- Run at least two days of 5.5. miles
- Study Hebrew for at least half an hour
