I’m back from two weeks in Turkey and Greece, an amazing trip full of history, culture, great food, and a little running. I’d plan to run three times a week, but surprise, surprise that didn’t happen. I did swim in the Aegean for a week straight, so that has to count for something.
No point in recapping the numbers from the last two weeks, they’re nothing special. Instead, I’ll just list three goals for this week:
- Run three days for at least 5.5 miles
- Stretch for fifteen minutes at least five days
- Hit the climbing gym twice
