Me too, Geoff.  Though the land near where I live is concrete and overcrowded parks, running the streets of New York is something that gives me great joy.  Right now, running injury free, albeit slowly, I can’t wait to get in my next run.

Today’s video is an oldie but a goodie of Geoff Roes.  Roes is one of my favorite ultra runners – super talented and super humble.  The dude won Western States and the Iditarod Trail Invitational.  No one else can say that.  From his blog it appears that Roes is facing some serious health issues.  I wish him a speedy recovery.  I look forward to him entering races again.
