Rocket City Marathon – Huntsville Alabama. 2:57:xx. I ran an even split at the half 1:30:00 and pushed it after 16. Hurdled the “wall” and ran it in.

14years. Ran in HS, through College

Nope. Ran easy. Ran a bunch. Ate right.

I did Taekwondo, but I was not training hard at the time.
