At which marathon did you get your first BQ?
Tell us a little about the race.
This was my second marathon, and I don’t know.. I just felt really strong and solid the whole race. I remember each time I looked at my watch, I was pretty surprised by my pace. I didn’t really hit the wall until mile 24, and then my pace slowed to 8:20s.

Yes, swimming and lifting I think really helped.
Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?
I don’t think so.
