Did cross training play a role in your training? If so, how?

Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?

Yes. Helped improve cadence, and made it easier to practice different paces.

Any other thoughts you would like to share with those of working towards a BQ?

Make sure to properly fuel. I didn’t eat enough the two days before the race and I bonked. Bananas are your best friend.
