I had completed a 23 week training plan. And ran to heart rate. Splits where perfect and I never felt so strong. Love Berlin

Pilates for good core strength which is essential in the race.

Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?

Yes so I had underlying speed in my legs.
