Tell us a little about the race.

Second run race – ever. It was pouring rain, I had a blast. BQ’s with 45 seconds to spare.

6 months

No

No

Did cross training play a role in your training? If so, how?

I was also training for an Ironman – with no background. Quickly discovered that I liked the running best.

Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?

Nope.

Any other thoughts you would like to share with those of working towards a BQ?
