I went in with a bum hamstring, I ended up crashing at mile 20.

1.5 years

I bike a bit, not seriously enough to do much.

Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?

Tempo runs are key.

Any other thoughts you would like to share with those of working towards a BQ?

Don’t skimp on the miles and stay healthy.
