Weekly Totals

Running so few miles a week, I just don’t feel like I have much to say around here lately, but to try and keep some discipline to writing here I’ll note that I ran 11 miles this week in 1:39:46. Still experiencing some pain in my foot from time to time, but nothing serious.

In addition, since I can’t run nearly as much as I’d like to right now, I finally broke down and joined a gym and it’ll be back to lifting weights and using the rower a couple of times a week. I will likely post those totals here as well.

    stick with it! slow and steady, patience, work on all the traits we know we need to be but struggle to follow through with! keep inching it up within the “10% rule” and definitely throw in some variety – certainly doesn’t hurt. 11 miles is better than 0 & injured! 🙂
