RECAP: I am really loving working out everyday. I already feel better and fitter, and while my times in everything are not yet improving, nor have I lost any weight, I expect those things to come soon. The problem, especially with the weightloss is that for a variety of reasons, I’ve been eating like shit. First because E (my fiancée) left for New York this weekend (we’ll be doing a long distance thing for the next six months) and so before she left, there were many parties and after she left, there has been too much beer. I gotta get that under control this week. Anyway, this was kind of a down week for me emotionally, but a decent week on the workouts.
Here are the numbers.
