RECAP: Still way behind in putting my weekly totals up here, but not behind in my running, amazing on track actually! Not much to summarize. I’m in New York for the month, running in my old Brooklyn stomping grounds, which is awesome, and finally it seems that the mileage is starting to add up to something decent. By the end of Feburay I’ll be at twenty miles per week for the first time in six months, and no serious aches and pains.
One other small note, I toyed with the idea of starting a running streak this week, that’s why there are a couple of days where I only ran one mile. Being an obsessive freak, I am attracted to the idea of a run streak, but common sense (and my recent history of injuries) won the day and any streaking will have to wait until my body is really used to some serious mileage. Perhaps next year.
