RECAP: Well, not the week I wanted, mileage wise, but with the holidays and a blizzard here in Brooklyn, I’ll take what I can get. I did get a bike ride in (something I am hoping to do more of) but on the ride home something went wrong with my back wheel and now it is all out of whack. I am going to need to take care of that before I can start biking to work again.
I definitely feel like I am back on the right path, just need to consistently build the mileage over the next couple of months and we’ll be getting somewhere.
