RECAP: I had big plans. I figured I could keep up my mileage in the days leading up to my wedding and then get in some decent miles on the honeymoon. Wrong, wrong wrong. The week before the honeymoon and the week of the honeymoon were some of the most amazing weeks of my life, but I didn’t run very much. The week ending 4/10 (my wedding day) I ran 31.5 miles. The week ending 4/17 (the week of my honeymoon) I ran 18.
This past week started with Passover, a funeral, and the dreaded return to work and regular running. Not a big week, but I think I am on the right track. Starting to think about a fall marathon, starting to think about getting serious again.
