With the start of the Olympics, I wanted to share a video of the day in the life of Olympian, and personal inspiration, Meb Keflezighi.  Here he working it on a twelve mile tempo run three weeks before the olympic trials.

Meb is exactly my age, (37) and it makes me so damn happy to see an old dude in the Olympics. Note how much time he spends stretching and icing before and after his runs. I guess that comes with the territory at our age.
