‘Tis the season to start thinking about goals for next year. 2012 has been a bear for me. Injuries, a demanding job, and the endless paperwork of a home purchase have seriously cramped my exercise and study regimes. I am looking forward to putting it behind me and to setting new goals for the next year. I’ll be posting more about my goals in the coming days, but for now, I’ll note that body weight work is definitely going to be a major aspect of my work-out regime in 2013. I enjoy it, I think it helps my running, and I like what it does to my body composition.
I’m starting the new year with a modest, running base, but I’ll be starting almost from scratch with a body weight program. That’s alright, if this guy can come back from his knee injury, I should be able to learn how to do a handstand.
