Prospect Park Loops: 22
   

 

Notes: Pseduo taper and then the Brooklyn Half.  I’ll write more about that separately but suffice to say it wasn’t a bad race, nor was it a great one – 1:49:08 is the new baseline for me going forward.  

 

This week, I’ll take it easy. Try to run everyday, but nothing special. Next week, smarter, better, training starts again.
