Prospect Park loops for the week: 3

Weekly workout: 1 mile warm up, then 3 miles sub 8, then 2.5 miles home.  This one is going to be a staple of the summer with the tempo portion getting longer and longer. It’s tough, but with minimal risk of injury.

Notes: Life got in the way (again) and I didn’t hit my mileage goal, but at least I got the workout in.  Feeling pretty good about running right now, and happy to have gotten out there every
