Notes: A nice easy week of gentle miles, yet my legs still feel like lead. I guess that’s what I guess for running every day for 26 days. 

Goal: This week its back to training (and racing!).  Goals are 40 miles for the week, and a decent performance in the Front Runners Pride Run on Saturday.
