Notes: Considering E was on trial this week, and I had little dude duty alot, I am very happy with this week. Bike commuting is helping with my time spent in an aerobic zone, and an 18.5 mile long run this weekend at a 9:06 pace was a huge confidence booster for Vermont. One more big week and then I’ll start to tape. Onward!
