Notes: Remember how I said I’d be upping the run miles? (no of course not, because no one reads these things, except SMT, occasionally). Well, I didn’t. Life is hard, yo. And trying to fit in anything when the job is booming, the wife’s job is booming, the kid has a fever and the in-laws are on their way over and its 90 degrees and raining is really hard.

 

Let’s just look at this as an unintended cut back week.

      Of the training totals? Pretty much. They usually get a dozen or so hits, while general paterus workout habits get 100s a week. 😦
