Training Totals for the Week Ending 11/8/2015

It’s back to the drawing board after a pretty disappointing fall marathon season. New drawing board, new weekly total thread format where I’ll be tracking slightly different numbers which no one will read.

Notes: Obviously a rest and recovery week after the marathon. I used it to do a baseline heart rate test and get on my bike for the first real ride in months. Felt good, looking forward to the months ahead.
