Notes: Pretty close to the week I wanted. Hit the bike goal (40) missed the run goal by 5, and did push ups, balance drills, and planks every other day. I feel pretty good about this.

This week, I’m traveling, and cycling is probably out. Instead, I plan on upping my run game. Forty miles for the week, here we come.
