It was my debut and the race went even better than expected. It was tough but I enjoyed every step of the way!

No program, lots of miles with some speedwork and work at MP

No, I didn’t do any.
Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?
Yes, once or twice a week I would do something faster.
Any other thoughts you would like to share with those of working towards a BQ?
Be consistent with putting in the work.
