Tell us a little about the race.
Race was relatively flat located on and old railroad trail that has since been converted to multiuser trail. I had the advantage of running the particular sections of the course multiple times during my training since I live close by. Race was in Cary, NC

Follow a program, don’t work up mileage too quickly. Listen to your body. Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition.
