Running Around the Web

The first in a series occasional posts linking to other things on the web of interest to runners:

Anton Krupicka is a crazy man ultra marathoner, he is also a pretty good writer. Here is his write up of not finishing the Leadville One Hundred this year. Worth reading.

Krupicka is really into minimal running and apparently does a lot of his running either barefoot or in very light weight shoes. Here something he wrote on minimal footwear and injuries. I’m getting very interested in the barefoot/minimal running craze. Not really sure how I feel about it for myself, but I’d love to hear others experiences with it.

The Running Fat Guy just climbed Mount Whitney. Amazing! Congratulations Glenn!
