Weekly Recap

9 miles in 1:23:23. Hey, at least I have miles to report, even if it is a ridiculously small number.

Starting over from (close) to zero is both insanely frustrating and kind of exhilarating. This time as I build the miles back up, I can take my time, I can plan, and I can stay healthy. I think ideally I’d like to get back up to forty miles a week eventually. That’ll take some time though. About eighteen weeks, to be exact. That’s a long time, but it’s doable as long as I take it one run at a time and don’t get ahead of myself again.

stay disciplined and stay on track. I just want to point out that when you were crossfitting you didn’t get injured and now, when you are running long distances you are getting injured all the time. WTF ma-dude?

might be time to get back in the gym for some supplimental training.

Yeah man, I definitely need to get some more gym time in. The question is always timing, the cross fit gyms around here just don’t fit my schedule… perhaps I should buy a kettle bell?
