Training Totals: 12-14-09

Still here, still running. The tendinitis in my foot has proven to be a more annoying injury that I had originally thought and I have had to keep my running to a minimum as of late. Regardless, I do want to get back into the habit of writing here, at least tracking my weekly totals. Which were very, very sad this week.

RECAP: Long days at work; rainy weather; whatever, I suck.

Weekly Data:

Average Weight – 188

Running Miles: 6 miles in 54:43

Row Meters: 10,000 (6.2 miles) in 47:58

Total exercise time: ~2 hours

Goals for Next Week:

1. Increase mileage back to a sad, but reasonable 11 miles

2. Increase row total to at least 30,000 meters

    maybe you should take these last 2 weeks of 2009 off from running to let your foot rest and heal up. in the meantime, you can rack up some time/mileage/meters on the bike/erg to maintain cardio. then, hopefully in january your foot will be feeling better and you can slowly resume running once again. just a thought… i know the idea of not-running sucks big time.

    now go row some meters! 🙂

    Glad to see you are still blogging, and running, even with everything you’ve got going on. Don’t beat yourself up, this time of the year is really hard for all of us!

    Congrats again on the engagement! You set a date yet? (Getting sick of hearing that question, too?) LOL
