Online Running Logs

Like most runners, I obsessively track my mileage. For a while now I have been using Runningahead, and I love it. I’d recommend it to anyone. The message boards are hilarious and informative and the interface is easy. I’ve played around some with dailymile, and have an account there which I am trying to update more frequently, but I don’t know, something about it doesn’t seem… I don’t know… nerdy enough?

Do you track your mileage? How do you do it?

spreadsheet!! has some benefits (total customization) but has some disadvantages from the online stuff.

i don’t need one more place to log in/remember a password for… i used to track online (coolrunning) but then they merged with active.com and i found the site annoying (/they lost 1/2 my data) so i’ve spreadsheeted ever since.

lots of people use daily mile that i know.

Lindsay, I’d be curious to know what you track on your spread sheet. I am also fascinated by the kind of data that runners collect.

Garmin and Sporttracks. The only way to go.

I really need to get a Garmin. I think it might be a reward to myself if I finish well in this marathon
