I think it’s hard for everyone to run a marathon and then keep it up afterward. It’s like you had all this buildup until that day and then boom, it’s done. You walk weird for a few days, and then what do you do?? So, don’t beat yourself up. Give yourself a bit of time to recover, do some other stuff like you’re thinking of (riding the bike, etc.) and then when you run again, you’ll actually *want* to run again too.

Thanks for the advice, Terri. My issues isn’t so much that I don’t want to run, but rather that I am having trouble finding the time in my schedule and my damn foot isn’t letting me put in the miles… I think I have the foot thing beaten, now I just need to figure out how to get by on much less sleep!
