RECAP: Brining back the weekly recap.  Not a bad week, definitely better than the week before, but also not the best week possible. As usual of late a combination of injury and scheduling keep me from getting the miles I was hoping for, but I plan to rectify that this week.

I have also have a lot of new plans for this blog which will start tomorrow. For now, the numbers.
