Weekly workout: 4 x hill repeats on the Prospect Park Zoo Hill.

Four minutes to get from the base of the hill up and over the top, then a six minute recovery jog to the finish.

Notes: Legs are tired, and my left foot is feeling a bit wonky, but I hit my mileage goal, plus got in a decent workout on Wednesday. Pretty happy with how this week turned out. 

Goal for next week: 1 workout; 35 miles for the week.
