Notes: I had slightly higher hopes for this week, but life got in the way. E had to go to DC, so I had 24/7 little dude duty, plus some late night commitments. Its fine, I’m not going to beat myself up for taking two down weeks after the marathon. Last bullshit no real exercise week, though. Time to get back on the horse. More on what that means in the coming days and weeks.
