No

nO

Did speed work play a role or specific workouts play a role in your training? If so, how?

Yes. I stuck to a strict 1 speed WO, 1 Tempo run and 1 Long run per 7 days.

Any other thoughts you would like to share with those of working towards a BQ?

Good luck. It’s all about consistency and being able to stay healthy. Look after yourself and take care of the small things.
