Reflection: I’m writing this on the Monday because I just couldn’t face sitting down at the computer this weekend to update this project. Weekends here and I’m stoked to eat whatever the fuck I want. Kinda stoked to be looking at 6+ hours of exercise over two days, got a good effort of three hours today, but tomorrow’s going to be tough.
