62 Day Challenge Day 7: One Week Down!

Day 7 done, 58 days to go.

Reflection: One week!

 

Damn, what a day. Little dude refused to sleep last night so I missed my expected early morning long ride, meaning I had to squeeze a variety of exercise into nap time and after bedtime. It made for a late night of cycling, but its done. Ten hours of exercise for the week.

 

Daily Weight 178.2
Breakfast Slice of Challah with butter
Lunch Bagel with lox and cream cheese
Dinner Thai food! Pad Ke Mao and some crazy spicy pork and greens dish. Sticky rice. One beer.
Run: 6 in 1:00:22
Bike: 12.4 in 1:08:30 (Plus 15:00 minutes on spin bike while little dude napped)
Swim: 0
Strength/ Flexibility: 1:30:00
100 push-ups (20,20,20,10,10); extensive stretching, foam rolling, balance work, body weight squats, random pull ups
Total Exercise Time(day/week) ~3:45/10:00
Mediation: 5:00

      Thanks! Its just the first week, so there’s a way to go. Its funny, the thing about this I regret the most is the fruit till noon… I’m hating that.

        Hmm. Saw it didn’t happen yesterday, but I guess that’s an exception. Maybe it’s the restriction? But what about smoothies?

    Yes, I take weekends off from the diet, but not the exercise. I definitely haven’t figure it out yet, though I suspect much of it is just my morning habits. I WANT BREAD.
